Customising Broadcast Messages

Hi - I need to add a logo and a link to the bottom of the Broadcast Messages I send out.  This is to acknowledge the support of a sponsor.  Does anyone know a smart way of doing this other than having to insert them each time I create a message?  I have customised the header through the language editor but don't know how to do anything to the Footer space.
