Hello all,
I had to delete several users as part of our beta-test and these users cannot re-register in my network again and they receive an error message. Is there a solution to work around this? Any new user is able to register without any problems.
Please let me know!
Thank you!

Permalink Reply by Jahn Bek on November 7, 2011 at 5:03pm yes, strange indeed, and its is a handful of users that participated in our pilot test (approximately 10) and now all of them are not able to re-register even with a different email address and via different browser.

Permalink Reply by Speed Racer on November 7, 2011 at 5:18pm that is VERY strange if they cannot with a different email. i know this may sound dumb, but have you taken the network live?
Permalink Reply by Eric Suesz on November 7, 2011 at 8:42pm Deleted members should be able to re-register. If you think it's not working as expected, send us a message from your Support link. One important detail would be to include the error message that they receive.
