I have a NING network that I created juniorfootball.ning.com that is now offline due to the admin not selecting a payment plan.
I definitley created the network, and I am 99% sure that I did so under the same email as this one, however it says that it is not a valid email address. I cannot get into support as it says I also do not have a valid network, and I do not know where else to turn.
Even if I can see which email they have on file, I might better be able to find out what is needed to access.
Please help if possible. Thank you in advance if you are able.
Do you not have the user name and email address of your admin, Nancy? I always encourage network creators to be sure of the people they are entrusting their networks. In future, it would be prudent upon you to make sure you have your admins info. You don't have to ask since you can always view their email address from you member moderation controls. Obtaining their passwords is another matter, but at least you will have something to go on should something like this happen again.

Thanks so much. Yes we have tried that as well but they said that the admin user/pass is not the one that created it so they cannot renew it.
I am the one who created it, and I can't imagine what other email it could have been under.
