Domain doesn't save

i purchased a domain www.linkvi.com. when i type my domain in the alternate domian 1 field and click the save button, its results in a blank page with a single message as below

Resource not available

i setup the cname record as below:

and also i setup the A Record as below.

can someone help me plz?

Did you set up this straight after buying the domain? if so you might have to give it time for the domain to propagate over the internet. I honestly dont know what the answer is though.

Also, incase you arent aware you're going to have to make another CNAME record with the name box empty so that linkvi.com, and not just www.linkvi.com, also goes to your site.

Devine thanks for your interest. Now the domain is saved and working properly. You are right. I set up this straight after buying the domain, it requires some time about 24 to 48 hours to activate properly.
