email notification of new members
I have stopped receiving email notifications of new members joining the site. I don't approve new members people just join. Can you let me know how I can correct this. Thanks Annette

Hey, Annette! Is it possible that you or an Admin has changed the way members are approved? Double check the option under Members > Controls to be sure that the "Another thing to check is under your own My Page Email Settings. There is an option to receive email notifications when you have new members to approve. Check those two details and let me know if that helps solve the problem for you.

Hi Eric, it is now fixed. I went to my emails and for some reason there was no tick next to the box email me when new members arrive. Thanks. Annette
