Empty Leaderboards

Hello,

For almost a week, when I chose Show "Day" for Leaderboards, I get "This Leaderboard is empty."

However when I chose "Week" and "month", I get lists.

I have two networks and both of them behave similarly.

Update: We've made progress today on this leaderboard issue. We have crossed the mark where over half of Ning sites have updated and fully functioning leaderboards. That number will continue to rise, albeit slowly.

We're still working on making leaderboards run as smoothly as we'd like. You may see updates to your leaderboards, but you may not see them update on a consistent basis. More updates as we have them.

Empty leaderboards started to appear again for "Day" view.

Well, I wanted to update you all again. We still don't have Leaderboards working at 100% yet, but we are continuing to troubleshoot this. A temporary measure you might consider taking is switching your leaderboards to weekly or even monthly view. I'll report back when I have another update to share.

The temporary measure suggested is not working.  My Leaderboard remains empty for all views: day, weekly, monthly. (And we have a very active community). Please advise.  Thanks!

Sorry to hear this, Evelyn. I am seeing some content on your leaderboards for a monthly view, for example. Are you saying you see no content showing on your leaderboards anywhere, for all views?

Yes, that was the case when I posted.  But now the monthly view is working ;-)

Hi all... how are we doing with fixing the leaderboard issue? I still can't see any content in 'day' or 'week'...

We're still working on leaderboards. We're rotating how they refresh so that everyone will at least get updates, but we aren't at 100% yet. Your updates may still lag. I'll update when I have more information, but unfortunately they are not fully back up to speed yet.
