If they give ETA (Estimated Time) atleast we can wait for it. I nt sent newsletter from last 3 weeks. usually is send every week. and My Alexa ranking going down due to low activity :(

If I had an ETA, I would definitely provide it. Unfortunately, there are still some unknowns here, but we will be rotating the updates to try and get everyone updated, albeit on a slower than usual basis.
I just want to be clear, Scott, that YOUR leaderboards are updating now. She reset YOUR leaderboards manually. I don't want anyone to get the impression that what you have pasted here is an official report that this issue is resolved.

I reported the issue with my leaderboard though support on 18th Nov so didn’t take long for a fix thanks again

Sweetpotato, I submited specifics tickets for my 3 networks and Ning had fixed it. Now my leaderboards are OK :-)
