Empty Leaderboards

Hello,

When I chose "Day" for Leaderboards, I get "This Leaderboard is empty."

However when I chose "Week", I get a list but it seem buggy.

When I chose "Month", I get list and it's seem OK but I'm not sur it is.

This is not the first time that we see this issue on Ning. See http://creators.ning.com/forum/topics/empty-leaderboards-1

Hi Ambroise, I went ahead and refreshed your Leaderboards from the backend. Next time a piece of content is liked, shared, or commented on, it should update automatically. We haven't heard any other reports like this yet, but I've passed along yours and will be keeping an eye out.

May I have some magic, too?   My Leaderboards @ PolkMoms.com have been wonky for months and are now worse than ever before.   Is there a solution to this?

Just waved my wand for you, Shawn. Next time a piece of content is liked, shared, or commented on, the leaderboards should update. Let me know if you notice an improvement.

I am having this same problem on my 2.0 site, leaderboard empty?  I also was looking for my invite for the sandbox? I tried the 14 day trial but couldn't really get the feel of it in that amount of time how do I actually get the 6 month trial?

Hi,

you have to apply for a 3.0 account; then enter your 3.0 ning url here

then, join the sandbox group here and give them your url; they will then send you and email in a few days after they approve; but you must provide a review of the 3.0 within 2 weeks or so;

Hi Scott, I'm not sure why that would be. Doesn't sound like expected behavior though. If you submit a ticket with screenshots, our support team can investigate further.

I pulled the leaderboards MONTHS ago and "feature" top members--(manually) a chore I know-but the leaderboards put nonparticipants at the top???
