ITS HERE , The successor of eReward and the current most powerful mod ever created!

eReward 2

Hi ,

ever ran out of idea what to give your members after they won one of your events in your network?

Well , starting from today , you can reward them by giving them points! You can reward them points for their participation in network's events , their activeness , good content posted etc.

This will surely engage your members as they want to earn more points to serve as their reputation on your site.

So , how can you do that?

Introducing eReward

The video above shows the complete purchase process and demo of eReward on a live network.

eReward is a system that is intergrated into your Ning network. It enables reward points for your network by which admins can reward/deduct points to/from each member.

You can use it to reward members for their event participations or use it as a prize for any events. You can also reward points to them if they are active.

Control Panel

We've build a user-friendly control panel just for eReward.

You can manage all your members data (points & admin position) through the control panel. Control panel also provides a summary of your account status and notify you when you need to renew your subscription.

and more to come including a future update which enables your members to redeem stuff on your network using their earned points.

Roadmap:

1.Title System

Enable you to set title for specific points , for example , User 1 has 10000 points , they earn the title "Veteran".

2.Security update

I will be changing the UI of the "Manage Points" and some other security improvements.

3.Reward Admin Tracking

Enable you to track each and every points rewarded and deducted done by your reward admins.

4.Reward Prize System

Enables users to redeem stuff using their points earned.

So in latent terms, if I found a public Ning network, accessed a members profile, I could then edit the points directly on their page?

@Jords unless you know how ajax works then yes. Normal users , no.

I talked to Bruce , Bruce proven a good point , i will include an update for this security hole next week with the roadmap features.

Thanks again to Bruce.

Ah gotcha. Thanks for the update!

Elson, are there any plans to go back to your original demo where you had the automation in place for points based off forum posts, friend invites, etc?  I've got too many members to manage points manually so this is the only way I could make it work.  If you could get a product like that going, I think you may achieve another level of success with what you're doing...

Glad there's at least some sort of option out there--nice work up to this point!

Unfortunately , as i said before , eBoard is not efficient and was unable to keep track of some activities when there's a high traffic. (that's bad if you're a big network).

and some browsers are not able to pick up certain user activities.

So , i stopped the project and made a smaller version with manual points management.

Sorry about that.

Can't wait to see what's next. :3

How goes the development?

the new version will be release next week.

sweet ^^

Nice :)

Are points rewarded automatically (automatic system) for lets say to a member who wrote a blog post or forum post or does admin have to reward all points manually?

Points are rewarded by reward admins manually to the users.

I've built the automated points reward system like you said but it's not efficient. So i decided to build a manual one.

eReward is perfect for social networks that have lots of events and looking for a way to reward their members.
