My website TRUessence.org is experiencing ZIP CODE errors for new members tying to register for the site.
If you use the "Location" question in your profile questions for new members, the user will need to enter a ZIP code if they select UNITED STATES as their country.
The problem is, no matter what zip code is being entered, the error message that comes back is, "Invalid Zip Code - Input Proper Zip Code"
I have tested this on both PC & Mac and with Chrom, Firefox and IE and Safari on all machines. I;ve also had several other people to register - same problem.
Additionally, I have removed all my CSS and Custom Code, and the problem remains.
My users can not register!
Please Fix, NING.
Are you having the same problem?
Permalink Reply by LadyHawk on February 17, 2013 at 8:25am One of my members updated her profile questions last night and when she hit save it popped up to enter a valid zip code. She put her zip code in again and it wouldn't accept it so she finally gave up and just put Canada in. This is happening to CURRENT members also if they change anything in their settings or profile questions...not good!

It looks like your network is private and your Network Creator information isn't on your profile here on Creators. If you're still running into this issue, please submit a support ticket that so that we can assist you or shoot me the URL of your network.
I did just test this out on several networks and they all successfully pulled in the city/state information from the zip code.
Thanks,
Mayra

I had users contacting me this morning (2/17/13) from both my networks, saying they can't register or update their profiles because of invalid ZIP CODE issues.
Please help - Thanks

I just tested this out on several networks including yours and I'm not able to reproduce the issue today. Could you test this out again? Also, please let me know what time you noticed this so that we can investigate further.
Thanks!
