Even In Design Studio, Header Fails
I'm not even bothering with a ticket because they'll [again] refer me to Creators to fix their problems. This has become a joke. idk what's going on with the Ning platform, but even the simplest of tasks have become a #fail. For the record, this is the *Noize* theme. Looks like back to Intuit I go.

Sorry to hear you're having problems. I just uploaded one to test it out using that same theme, and it worked okay for me:
What size is your header? Is it the size indicated here in the Help Center documenation?
