it did nothing, didn't get an email. I posted this exact issue about 2 weeks ago but can't seem to find it now, was it deleted? there was a link that took me right to it, why can't the download member data simply be that link? can i get the link again?

You have a capital D in download. Try it with a lower case one.

It works. You need to be signed in as the creator, just on the off chance that you're not.

Now, can i use this link at anytime after calling for the export?
Awesome! Yes, you can use that any time you've kicked off the export. Probably want to give it some time depending on how many members you have.

You need to click the "Export Member CSV" link on the Manager Members page to generate an updated file. Give it a little time, then go to the main/membership/downloadMemberData link to download it.
