These are the typical Facebook integration page options.
And these are the options I currently have available.
It's obvious that I'm missing the options to deactivate my Facebook app and to control where my post go. I did have a Facebook app and up until now it worked perfectly fine. My problems starting when I decided to changed certain options in the "Links Sharing" section in an attempt to fix a bug associated with the Facebook "like" button.
I have since deleted my app through Facebook but there's not option (in the Facebook integration page) allowing me to create a new one.
If it's not one thing it's another. Any help with this issue will be greatly appreciated.

I get confirmation that my app has been activated but no change and I can't move forward. I'be also tried resetting defaults but I get an error message since there is no app integrated. Clicking edit app takes me to a Facebook error page.
