Facebook Integration Page has Some Options Missing

These are the typical Facebook integration page options.

• Create / Edit Facebook App
• Reset Facebook App to default
• Deactivate Facebook App
• Controls where your Facebook posts goes

 

And these are the options I currently have available.

• Edit Facebook App
• Reset Facebook App to default
• Activate Facebook App

It's obvious that I'm missing the options to deactivate my Facebook app and to control where my post go.  I did have a Facebook app and up until now it worked perfectly fine. My problems starting when I decided to changed certain options in the "Links Sharing" section in an attempt to fix a bug associated with the Facebook "like" button.

I have since deleted my app through Facebook but there's not option (in the Facebook integration page) allowing me to create a new one.

If it's not one thing it's another. Any help with this issue will be greatly appreciated.

did you try to reactivate it? if it's showing the activate facebook app option that means it's not activated.  Once it activates it will show that fourth option again

Hey George. Thanks for the input but thats the first thing I tried. I get confirmation that my app has been activated but no change and I can't move forward. I'be also tried resetting defaults but I get an error message since there is no app integrated. Clicking edit app takes me to a Facebook error page.

Problem Solved (not sure how but...)

Created a ticket for this issue and the Ning Support team made quick work of it.
