Hi, mark. We have a discussion about this here. Note that Facebook fixed the bug that we were waiting on. If you are still having trouble, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling. If that isn't working for you, we're asking people to submit a Help Center ticket so we can look into your particular situation.
