"Feature" Function Not Available Under Admin Options

As a social media branding-oriented site, one of the things I've done to engage members a little bit is to feature their profiles on the homepage MyLinkingPowerForum.ning.com, from time to time.

Strangely, while I can still easily feature most of the members, there are some where the option to feature is not available. 

For example:

1.) on one member profile, the Admin Options look like this:

ADMIN OPTIONS

• Allow Content Flagging
• Suspend Member
• Suspend for Spam
• Delete Member
• Reset Profile Photo

(IS THIS A MEMBER CHOICE?  In other words, can members CHOOSE TO NOT BE FEATURED?)

2. on another member's profile, the Admin Options prominently features the "Feature" function and looks like this: 

ADMIN OPTIONS

• Feature
• Allow Content Flagging
• Suspend Member
• Suspend for Spam
• Delete Member
• Reset Profile Photo

GOOD POINT, Bernard!   Let me check the settings... (Also, I believe that some members who'd like to be featured may have inadvertently chosen non-public profiles...) Thanks...
