Feature Member Question

Would like to Feature a member who is with us a long time, has contributed greatly. I went to his "My Page" to Feature but no option was there to "Feature" him. Only two admin options show. I seem to be missing some options?

BTW this member is a moderator.(No problem Featuring other Moderators) Any thoughts?

Hi Steve,

Is their profile set to be visible to Friends only? That might be the reason.

Check out our Help Center, which has lots of information about our product. This article may answer your question. 

Not seeing any ”Feature” link? This member has likely set their profile page to be visible to “Just My Friends” or “Members”. Only members with fully public profile pages will have this option available on their profile page.

yes I see that....Fully public....not sure but i will check. still if I am a friend already...........You know this guy also said when he emails me I am not in his list of friends for mail. When he does send me mail he has to click on my pic. Something is not adding up here?

It's hard to say without knowing more. Can you point me to the URL of his profile page?

Well, he is a friend actually. So if it was set that way I should see anyway right?

No. If someone's profile is visible to friends only, then you can't feature them, since other members who aren't friends wouldn't be able to see the profile.
