Hi,

Is anyone else seeing this (JP, I know you had this issue a week or 2 ago). No options showing in left column of features layout. The same in 6 different browsers; figured I didn't have to try the last two. Do I need to submit a ticket or, since it's the middle of the night, are you working on something?

There's no scheduled maintenance going on right now. I am able to see the options you aren't able to see, so it appears to be working as it should. But, a ticket will always help us get to the bottom of it.

Sorry, I stepped away from the computer for a bit and now it really is the middle of the night for you so I don't expect a response until late evening for me; I'm 12 hours ahead of CST. Anyhow did some more checking and my appearance page also does not load completely. I think that was the same in yours JP. I leave these pages open to load, but.... I have nothing open but the main page and the other pages in a new tab. No other web pages are open...I am still using the classic editor. My test network is set to the new design studio and it opens all items missing in the other. I have a fast internet connection and the first 'half' of the page loads; my 'little circles' stop spinning and no further loading follows. I've just finished running ccleaner and now am trying superantispyware while I write this. I will continue a series of maintenance steps and maybe something will clear it before I have to submit a ticket. Hopefully I'll get it solved before you wake and I'll be sure to post any solution I find.

No luck! Superantispyware =8 adware; malwarebytes=0; start-up=no strangers; shutdown and re-boot =no change. So time to submit a ticket.  ...here's the number:

Based on the screenshots I think this is an issue with javascript in your browser. I took a look and it all appears ok for me. You said you're seeing the same behavior on 3 different computers? Is there any chance that you're running some kind of anti-viral software that might be blocking some aspect of the connections on all 3?

Hi Phil, 

Thanks for taking a look at this. Two of my computers run AVG Pro and have for some time with no problems. The small Aspire One netbook runs Avira Free. Nothing new has been added across the board to all. The one thing in common is that over the past week the school where I teach and live (gov't boarding school in Thailand) has been trying to get a new log in program up and running on the school network. (not much success yet-we all sign in as guests!) maybe there is something there. I'm going to try to use an internet sim card nest to get away from the school network. Ill let you know the result. I'm surprised that it is only these two pages and not script on the main page or other networks or pages.

Hi Phil and Eric,

It must have something to do with the school network. The internet sim in my Nokia lets me see the missing items when I access my network via it. Now I need to try and communicate this to a woman who speaks no English with my wife translating who doesn't understand much of this stuff at all. Wish me luck. I can at least do any changes through the Nokia. Luckily no big plans for now.

Just to let you know that I'm getting the same issue on a network I've set-up. I don't have issues on my existing networks - just a new one I'm working on now. Did you ever resolve the issue? I'll have to raise a ticket if not.

I am getting unresponsive features layout. There is nothing in the drag box. Tried firefox and chrome but nothing happened.

Hi Rajaji,

Have you tried a 'hard refresh' (ctrl-f5)? That will clear the cache of your browser and reset the loading of java script. Is this happening in another browser as well? If the hard refresh doesn't work try another browser to be sure it's not specific to one browser. In that case, which browser are you using and what version?
