Features Layout not working.

From some reason I can't see any features and cant drag the existing features. 10 min ago it worked fine. I tried on chrome and firefox

You want to try this: Hold down the shift key while reloading the page. Sometimes an error like this can be related to a problem with the cached Javascript in your browser.

Try a hard cache clearing. 

Hold down the shift key and refresh the page.  This will clear out old javascript that may be interfering.  It works nearly every time! :D

Chrome has been giving me problems of late, I'm not surprised.

this happens often to me (on Mac) , normally this works:

go to your Finder- User- Library-Cathes- Move all cache boxes in to trash.

then reset browser/clear cookies and restart machine.
