Hello everyone, finally the time has come for me to share my work on Ning. I have spent many sleepless nights working on this - I have even given up at times but convinced myself to come back to the site and continue. This obviously is not a one man project, I have worked with very smart developers and designers from this site and outside Creators for the more grueling coding and development. Consult O'clock is a social network for business professionals with the added functionality of 'Jobs' (check out the tab on my network). 

Consult O'clock Jobs (http://consultoclock.com/jobs) is a global online employment platform. Clients can hire independent consultants and use our communities and resources to share, learn and collaborate. Consultants use the social network features to create online profiles and portfolios, submit proposals for jobs, and collaborate and receive payment through the Consult O'clock website for projects they have worked on.

I would appreciate any and all feedback. Also, if you would like to register and play around - even try out the 'bidding' functionality of our Jobs page, go ahead and register, I will approve with no hesitation.

Hi Max, I think your site is superb - and the ongoing activity is great! I hope I can reach that sort of activity soon. Thanks for reaching out and I'm glad you like my site - coming from someone with an already successful site means a lot :)

In terms of the Jobs section - we've developed this externally to NING, using JavaScript, Jquery and SQL and then IFRAME it into the URL consultoclock.com/jobs. We also used the NING API to fetch member information and allow for single sign on to the Jobs section through the regular community sign up. Member information is also replicated onto the Experts page in our Jobs application as that also includes member ratings based on the success rates of their project completion.

I Looooooove your website! and would love it if you could tell me where did you get your feedback sidebar, how you created the footer menu, and finally where did you get get your nice rounded buttons.. like the "More" button on your activity feed.

Hi Illya, the feedback button was from Webreep.com and the More... button was custom made for my site. The footer menu was created by checking the box for Adverts in footer and then you can follow Jen's forum post about Add footer like creators.ning.com and then you can customise it to your needs
