Fixed Image on Every Members Profile Page

I was wondering if somebody could help me out with some code. I'm going to school for web design right now, but I'm new and am just now getting into html and css. So, to say the least, I'm just a newbie. haha.

I have a ning network and I want there to be a permanent (.jpg) image right underneath every members name on their personal profile page.

Right now I have to drag up the "text" box to the top, and put in an HTML embedded code to the (.jpg) image, which I uploaded to my file hosting site, photobucket.com

I want this image to be on every member's page, but I can't expect them to all understand how to do this whole copy & paste html code stuff, lol. But it's important to have this set up for them already when they sign up to my network.

Can anybody help please?

Put this is the Advanced CSS Box

span.fn {height:100px; background-image: url(imageurl); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: top left}

 

You will have to disable the ability for members to customize their page

Members who already customize their page they wont be able to see that image..

Mark, here is a screenshot of what I'm looking for. I want this image to be on all of the members pages right in the location shown, as soon as they sign up.
