Forum Search Function Acting Up

I am trying to search for keywords in the forum to be able to look at them and edit them, and a significant amount of time I get this page instead of the search results.  I know there is still these keywords, pages and pages of them, but I can only see them sometimes. I keep refreshing, going back to homepage and going back but it's getting so bad that I cannot even search for anything right now. 

It gave me this error when I continually searched for one key word, and then i tried a different key word and it came up, but now I get this for both.

And this is different than this response you get when there actually aren't any key words in any post

Suggestions:

• Make sure all words are spelled correctly
• Try different or more general keywords

Please help, what is going on and why is it getting worse? It's making it impossible to comb through my site and clean it up.

I've had this happen before.  If you send in a ticket, they can "re-index" your site (not sure what that means exactly or how they do it, but it seems to work.)

Thanks.  I checked today and I'm still getting the same errors. So maybe it has something to do with editing and removing old threads? It can't index properly?

Can anyone tell me where to go to submit a ticket? I keep going around in circles on ning's help centre.

Go to MY NETWORK, and then scroll to the very bottom of the page.  You'll see "support" at the bottom.  Click that and then you'll see a link to "Create a New Ticket".  Hope that helps!
