Group Search results not working
I have a group created in my network named "FIFA", when i type the keyword "fifa" in search box, it shows the following message.
No results were found for 'fifa'.
The problem is not with this group only, but it is with all the groups in my network. search results are always empty.

I have the same problem. Ning search has never worked right. I can be staring right at the group I'm searching for and when I type it in..."no results."

Strange...still none of the ning staff responded to this issue..we have alot of groups on our network..some time we have to use this search bar to get quickly on to that group...plz ning authorities solve this problem

You realize that that's like trying to find information in a 2,000 page book THAT DOESN'T HAVE AN INDEX IN THE BACK??????!!!!

Search NEVER works on my site either. I have put in multiply help tickets that only go ignored. Not sure if I will renew with Ning for another year. Looking for alternative site now. :-(

i THINK that is because that particular search works off of the tags, that aren't on group creation. if you use the search in the top network toolbar (top-right of the Ning bar),
i think it may search more thoroughly and find it (not that that makes it okay.....)
what i did was add a google search for my network. if you are interested, go to http://google.com/cse and create a search, where it asks what sites to search, add just your network url. this makes it search only your site. i made a tab titled "site search" and embedded the search i built into that page, and also connected it with my adsense account......its nice
