For some reason, two users added a new discussion post to the same group 10 minutes apart from each other. On one of them, I received an email update but the second I got nothing. Generally I never receive anything and I'm the creator of every group on the site.
Anyone have this problem? Suggestions on what to do? It's vital that these updates go out to increase engagement..
My suggestion would be to submit a ticket from your dashboard. Just choose the Support link and Contact Support. We'll try to determine what might be the issue.
Thanks for the reply--should standard functionality for new discussions be that it emails all members of that group automatically (unless they opt out)?
Standard functionality for forums is described in the Help Center here. You need to follow new discussions (opt in) to be notified when new ones post. We can check your settings closely if you think something is amiss.
