Has anyone been paid for selling virtual gifts

I have been offering virtual gifts since the release.
My site sells a few dollars worth per day.
I have never seen my 50% rev share and was wondering if anyone else has.
Im kind of upset about this since they will only go back 3 months and i have been selling
them for much longer than 3 months.

I've got the same problem, I've been asking since last December and nobody even does the courtesy of answering my help tickets. Now that I have to pay for using Ning, I expect better service. What they are doing is downright dishonest.

OK, did a search, found this discussion, I guess this would be the place since others have asked the same questions throughout this thread...here goes:

A member asked me last night why I want money for these little gifts. I said I don't and went to investigate. I am apparently approved as this is my Gift Status:

"You are participating in the revenue sharing program. Need help?"

I have been all through the "Need Help?" stuff and cannot find out where that money is, how I can return to not participating, and just what Paypal you may have for my millions of dollars I am going to make on this feature. My Paypal has changed in the past couple months and I see no update or changing it feature.

I asked another member who said she paid to check to see who she paid and she wrote: “I checked my old paypal purchase and all it shows is "Ning, Inc."

So, I guess I am disabling this feature as of now and I would like to either offer free gifting of stupid little pictures or find out what is going on with this feature.

No, I have not put in a Help Ticket as I am tired of waiting to be answered.

Maybe if someone else knows, otherwise it is now disabled on my site until clarified.

Well at least you have been accepted. I haven't after more than 4 months
I would like to disable it as well but than my members think we are taking out functionalities instead of increasing them now that we are paying.

But i haven't ourchased any gifts for quite some time now. Just simply add in an animated gif on a members comment wall when he/she has a birthday

I do not recall being accepted and I (NC) have credits to use. I don't understand why other members do not. I have disabled it.

I started asking last December and still haven't been accepted. I may not be at their payout level yet, but I hope if they ever accept my request that it will be retroactive to the date I applied. They don't even answer help tickets.

yes this gift feature is a joke,and ning being so money hungry they wont realize and let this go, the days of people buying papers gifts are over,why not just make them free?.,i guess its to hard to suck up some pride on a defunct feature.PLEASE GIVE US THE OPTION OF MAKING THE GIFTS FREE,WE ARE NOW PAYING NC`S!!!!
