Has anyone else been locked out of their Ning site when they've had a change of email address? For months now I've been unable to access my site because the old email address I created the site under, no longer exists. I've gone around in circles trying to fix this problem, but all attempts require me to use the original email address. Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated!

I know that not having access to an old email account can be a brick wall of frustration, so please share your ticket number with me which you should get via email and I'll try to expedite it. I got your message and have started a ticket for you. You should receive a message at the email address that you used to sign up for Creators.
I've received the email from support now, which is a great start, so hopefully this issue will soon be resolved. Thanks for all your help!
