I keep running into issues with the mobile version of my ning network. When I click on the "My Page" tab, I get asked to sign-up. I have the option to click "sign-in" which I do, but then it takes me back to "sign-up".
Does the mobile interface not allow for accessing my profile, or the ability to add any content?
You should be able to sign-in to the mobile interface. If this keeps happening, you may want to contact our support team from the support link on your dashboard.
Hi Eric, Thanks so much for your response. I did contact the help team and there response that it may be my device. I am using an iPhone 5 and this was also happening with my iPhone 4 on both of my main networks. I had hoped their was a known bug that was being worked on and taking longer than expected.
Do you have any other advice? I'd really like to be able to use the mobile interface. Thank you! Sunnie
