Help - I can't stop featuring "Mike"!

For some weird reason, I don't have a "stop featuring" click in the Admin box on the profile for one of my members, "Mike". And the really weird part is that this is true on his profile on both of my networks (he's a member of both). Any ideas folks? Or is he doomed to be a featured member for the rest of his virtual life? And why him?

PS and when will we have the ability to feature/unfeature members from the Member Management page? Would save me a lot of clicking back & forth between pages.

I just noticed another member without the "Stop Featuring" option in the admin box. Both of these members had personalized their profile pages - one with a different theme and one just with a profile photo. Don't know if this is a factor.

Hello! We have a bug we're working on around this. What I believe you're seeing is that someone had a public profile, which was featured, and then they changed their profile to private. But, now, for some reason, you're not seeing a way to un-feature them.

I appreciate your report. I have added your experience to the bug-tracking report, and I would also encourage you to submit a ticket so we can notify you as soon as it is fixed. If you can do that, you might also include the profile page URL. I will also try to update here when it is resolved.

One is fine. You don't have to submit a ticket, but I just want to make sure we get back to you no matter what.

I have a similar problem - I no longer have the feature/stop featuring toggle link in the options tab for a whole group! I can't feature new discussions in the group and I can't stop featuring discussions. As Eric recommends, I'll open a ticket.

P.S. On my similar issue (can't feature discussions) Ning Support advised that they no longer allow featuring of discussions in private groups. No explanation why. It was nice to have - can't say it was mission-critical. But annoying to have a function we used and have them remove it with no explanation.

Help! Any update on this Eric? I'm seeing this with some of my previously featured members as well. I need this functionality back to I can re-feature these members. Every so often, I like to unfeature and then refeature them so they pop up in my my photos of featured members on the main page. I can;t do that currently. here's one for the profile pages...
