Hello, Tee. Sorry to hear you are having trouble. We do have phone support for Ning Pro customers, although they are not open on this Sunday night. Did you check your My Themes section in the Design Studio? There should be a history of the themes you've chosen. Perhaps you can simply step back to a previous version? Also, I suppose it could be related to some type of code you added. Have you added any code lately (e.g., today)? If you did and can point that out to me, I might be able to help spot it and remove it.
The only thing I added was a Facebook BADGE( HTML) to the right hand column of the site! I have not changed or added any codes. I want everything restored back to the way it was before 6PM tonight

Also, I tried to work with the Theme section to get the columns back but it only got worse... Can Ning Recover/Restore site from Back up info stored on Ning Server? Thanks
Okay, that's very helpful. Thank you. We don't have a way to simply restore your site, although the My Themes section should do most of that for you. I will dig around and see if I can help. I might also suggest submitting a ticket from your Support link in case I'm not able to determine the issue.
Back again. It looks like there was something weird (some sort of code) in the Activity Feed. Not sure what the issue is with that, but I removed the Activity Feed. You can add the Activity Feed back from the Features Layout section (nothing was lost by removing it from the layout; that just removes it from your Main Page). Check your columns and make sure you have the 2 or 3 column one that you want. My hope is that you haven't really lost anything but you might need to reshuffle a few things on your Features Layout.
Thank you so much for your quick reply, however it appears to be a much deeper problem with the site. I tired to add a new theme and the issue is still there. I can't add new info to the main page or ajust it in any way. That area is not responding to any changes I try to make.
And yes, I do have a Ticket to have Ning addrees the issue. I hope it gets resolved quicly I 'm hoping to attract new members daily! Thanks again
