this code a ticker was running on top of the site. It was working well till I had no

Apple Navigation Buttons
Transparent Ning Bar

and some other new scripts which are working well and I don't want to remove them. But I a forced to remove the code because if I have this code now then

1. admin controls, design studio and SignOut don't work... means icons become inactive

2. Navigation does not drop the sub tabs

Please help me so that I may re-install the above script without compromising with other features.
