Help, my network is already 2 full days off the air and do not know what happened! Do not enter into anything, what's going on? Can anyone help me! I am getting several e-mail from people thinking that our network has closed! Help me please!

I can not even enter the site, can not access the administrative area or anything! Neither the site opens and shows an error message 310.

Can you shoot us a message from the Help Center? Sounds like a domain mapping issue.

Okay, I think I was able to reset this for you, and I sent you a screen shot of the previous settings. So, give it another go. Make sure your registrar settings do not point things right back to your network.

Hey, Orkubaladas. I think I am responding to you privately and here and duplicating responses, so I am going to stick with responding here. We haven't changed anything, so you will want to make sure your registrar's settings are configured correctly. Here's some info about domain mapping.
