We added the HeyZap games to our network, but the dashboard shows no games played although there have been games played. No response from them after 5 days. Anyone else having this problem?

same here i just took the app down,got tired of the nonsence,lol
We are going to do the same...
doesnt keep track of games being played, it keeps telling me to register my site so it can track earning,did that a million times,
so im allready figuring ,new app same problem as most of the apps on this network,

No. I am going to remove the app I guess.
We just got email from HeyZap telling everyone how great they are, but they apparently have zero support for a major issues. We have removed their games from our network and gone back to mindjolt although there is no money that can be made with them.
My Dashboard shows 0 activity in groups for the last 10 days.

On my main page I've set the groups module to display the 5 groups which has had activity last and here there is both a new group and 5 new groups showing since the last 3 days, meaning that these 5 new groups has had activity within the last few days.

Now I'm thinking, can I trust the dashboard?
@brian i also did this,so i was thinking maybe it takes awhile to indexed into the system,..?
It does not work and you should remove it. I complained twice to Heyzap and they never responded. Ning should not recommend their application.

any updates from Heyzap or Ning?

I added them couple weeks ago and signed up with them, but like you said, it never show any activities.

No. I gave up. This app should NOT be supported by Ning until this issue is fixed.
