How Can I Add an Agreement to Terms & Services and Special Field to Initial Sign-Up Page?

Aloha!

Iʻm fine-tuning a network for community college students and Iʻm trying to figure out how to do 2 things:

1. Add a field where potential members are required to enter their student ID# in addition to email, password, and birthdate,
2. Add the statement "By signing up you agree to the Terms of Service." below the sign-up button. (I would then include, of course, a link to our terms of service.)

Hereʻs an example of what I want to do in #2 (see below sign-up button):

you can do that (2) i language editor, i believe , locate appropriate words and replace with text
