How can I create additional menu tabs in the right column?

Rather then using sub-tabs at the top, I'd like have visible in the right column some additional tabs. How could I do that?

Add a text box to the right column. Use something like the code below and paste it in the text box after clicking the HTML tab of the box.

<li class="ntn"><a href="#">tab2</a></li>
<li class="ntn"><a href="#">tab3</a></li>
</ul>
</div>

Now customize it with CSS.
