How Can I put my Logo on Ning Bar to save Header space

Just see my site http://thatsme.in and notice that a lot of space is being wasted in header. I wish to put my Logo on the Top Bar itself and navigation bar immediately after that without space in between.

I could add the logo to NB but how to get rid of Network Name and Tagline? I want this space(height of the header) to be minimum.

I a not getting the clean logo probably because it is not transparent. I will do that.
