How do I add Graphics to a Splash Page via Dreamweaver? Is there an Easy way?

     Hello Creators, I have been taking  a CRASH Course in html...lol...Teaching self with help of a few NC's on Creators...Thanks fella's & Ladies!!! :D However, I keep getting stuck with tasks that should be simple to implement, but have been trying in the process. Frustration comes to mind some nights. I have a custom Spalsh page (Designer non-existant) that I want to be able to put PNG graphics or other graphics like add's to the right (Grey) Horizontal-Advertisement Box, just by copying the code, and placing it wherever I want to on the page. It's been baffling me daily.

     Can anyone here help me with this task, it would help my network, and me as a newbie to html design go much further with my ideas for my network. The site is www.artztre.com take a look at the code, and tell me if the ad box to the right: if ad's can be placed there, and changed frequently. And if I can place near the top header, and under it other PNG prahics. Thank you all very much in advance!
