I want to create a simple form to collect name, email, and one other question with a drop down menu. What application do I use to put that information in a simple database that only I can see?

This is something I will use before people will become part of the network. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Kevin!

Have you thought about using Profile Questions for this purpose, (you can make some of the questions private)  then exporting your member data? Will this serve your needs?

i use Foxy Form. go to yournetwork.com/page and add the form code you created at Foxy Form to the page and save. Copy the link to the page.  then go to tabs in your dashboard, add a new tab, for target page, choose use existing URL and paste the link to that page, name the tab and save. I use it as a contact form.

@ Garnor I did think about using profile questions but for the purpose I am trying to use this for, I don't want the person to feel like they have to join the network, just give me their email.

@Speed Racer That is the right idea but I want to be able to create a drop down menu question in addition to name and email.
