I've looked through the other similar questions here, but have not been able to find an answer that I understand. I have existing blogs under the main forum tab, so I would wish for the new Tab to link to those as well as any new ones after creating a new tab. I wish to have the "blogs" on a separate page. I've tried "adding a page", "adding a tab", "linking to the url" and so on and without success. I've ended up with a tab that says Blogs but it points nowhere. I've tried those suggestions that others have been given, with no success. So, here I am...again.
I would like to have a "Blog" Tab in the Navigation Bar at the Top of the Main Page.
I am learning as I go along, so far, I've been really happy with the responses here as I have been able to find solutions to everything I've needed. So, while it may sound like a basic question (and it is) I would, once again, appreciate some help.
Could someone give me a step by step instruction to make a blogs tab/page?
Additionally, could someone steps necessary to have the existing blogs show up on the new blogs tab?
Thanks so much,
Crystal

Hi Crystal,
Head to your Features Layout page (Dashboard, under Settings) and drag the Blog widget onto your main page. This will automatically add a Blog tab to your navigation.

I did go to tab manager, there was no "/profiles/blog/list" as the link to the existing page. I ended up defaulting to the original tabs. Still no blog tab. So, I went into "features" and I removed one at a time. Then, I dragged them over one at a time and then "blogs" was finally at the top!!! Now, I can place it in the order I wish!
Though it took a little more figuring out, following the directions helped me go further!
Thank you!
Crystal

The other way you could have done this would have been to open your blogs page and then copy the url from your browser and add it to the 'Use Existing URL' box. Sometimes when you want to add new tabs the page or part of the site you want to link the tab to does not always show up so this is a good thing to remember to get a link working. This
