Very Good Tip to think about. I have used Yahoo Pipes as well as Feedburner in my old Ning site that I destroyed when Ning move into Paid Services and I make the error of moving into Facebook as Fan Page.

I will recreate your steps but First I will think about my audiences and my new current strategy.

Excellent tutorial on just this subject.  I highly recommend if you'd like to create your own RSS using pages, Twitter, Facebook and RSS.  Talks you through the various filters.  Just add a "union" to link them all together.  Outstanding
