How to add TEXT BOX to the New Page

Hi, everyone!

As I understand, javascipt will work only in text boxes. I've decided to add few new pages with javascript widgets "calorie calculators", but I can't add a text box to these new pages. I can only edit/add text to these new pages now, javascripts doesn't work there. Can you help me, please?

Hey, Mike. A new Page is basically an empty container for HTML, so it doesn't include the ability to add individual modules. But, I think you can include Javascript on those pages, although you might need to wrap it in a div tag or something like that.

I want to make a page with calorie calculator widget (javascipt). It's working in my text box, but I can't add it to my new page, so I have to do smth with my html container in new page. Can you tell me how can I wrap it to <div>?

Is this a widget that someone offers for you to install on a site?  Can you point me to the URL where they offer this widget?

Hmmm. Okay, I did some more testing, and it seems to work for me. I downloaded the zip file, opened the HTML file in an HTML editor (I use Taco for Mac), and copied and pasted the full HTML file into a text box. I also tried it on a page, and it worked for me. It's not super pretty, but it works:

Eric, it's just look like it's working. I did the same actions, but the formula of this calculator doesn't work. You can see it if you change numbers in tables. There is no reactions. This is a problem.

Gee, I hate to say it, but this is a third-party widget that I just can't troubleshoot. I'm hoping we can find someone that can, but I'm just not sure about this particular form.
