Hi, neil. If you're having trouble with closing out your membership, you can contact us here. You should be able to submit a ticket at that link. Or, if you can, submit a ticket directly from your Support link and we'll try to get that settled for you quickly.

Eric i have also a hardtime to manage my site becuase of my work and the same time of my study, I decided to delete my ning network and to stop may payment online with my paypal account. here's my ref ticket ref:00D8cCLt.5004DWVlB:ref billing question. Ill be back on ning sometimes soon if im not busy at all. Thank you very much!
