NC for Hire

You must have seen professional look noise background design in youtube etc. Believe me or not it makes a difference. You can try this in any page background, as I have used it for body background and video gallery background.

Simply paste this code into Advanced CSS.

body {
background-color: #e5e5e5;
background-image: url("http://api.ning.com:80/files/DqaYw0w2aP9D1dVBUe0PLtZf-m8zN-OK*7tTeGnlNHasWDDNAHalhJdtKs8fj1Wp-r4TXOfk5b0iAcb3X7lT9r4IlyY9fmLD/1059731984.png");
background-repeat: repeat;
}

    Well Scott, there is no any effect without image background url.

  • Bernard,

    When adding this code are you supposed to change the URL in the link to the image you want to use as your page background?

    • NC for Hire

      Hi Armani,

      No you don't have to change the img url, just change the background color suit to your preference and that't the best part.

      Cheers

      • ahh so that was the image! lol I figured that and in that case you're right it is a very nice and clean image to use, not totally white and actually has some design to it! I like my background now so I'll keep mine but I thought this code would "enhance" my current background lol but nice tip, thanks for sharing ;)

  • great post bernard,,as you know,,i had or was using that effect,some of my designing technique has came from your designs,but yes works great

  • Video guys use background noise as well  to enhance their videos, special effects etc,

     Thanks for the tip Bernard :-)

  • Is really pretty look  :)

    a question: a video of you has rating. How did you add rating because it is very nice that option?
