How to make your design look more professional by adding noise to the background

You must have seen professional look noise background design in youtube etc. Believe me or not it makes a difference. You can try this in any page background, as I have used it for body background and video gallery background. 

Simply paste this code into Advanced CSS.

thanks!  how do i remove the video descriptions from the galley?  it makes the boxes different sizes. yours looks so much cleaner with no descriptions.
