How to upload a pdf file

You can add a PDF anywhere it says "Upload Files," like Forum discussions, Blog posts or Text boxes:

I know this will be a newbie question, but... I cannot seem to access the powerpoint presentations I have uploaded to my Ning site. Once they are on the site and I try to access them, the only way to see them is to download the file. I would just like the members to view the powerpoint, not download it.

Hi Sharon,

We don't have a way to view powerpoint presentation, though you could embed one from a service like SlideShare. You also may want to check the Ning Apps collaboration tools that allow for different document sharing and display.

LOL Laura were we psychically connected? We said pretty much the same things at the same time:) BTW I checked and Zoho Docs has this feature (It includes Zoho Show, which allows Powerpoint). All of the other options were not integrated with Ning, which would make it harder to use, so I recommended Zoho Docs.

You will have to use Apps. Zoho Docs would work.
