I can't brand Media Players

Every time I am trying to change the Media Player Water mark and I hit save, it defaults to No branding.  i add a picture and still defaults to No branding. Anyone else is having issue with this.

Hey, Lou. Would you be able to submit a ticket about this one or have you already? I am unsure if this is a broader issue, and I'd like to check and be certain. If you are able to put in a ticket, I can more reliably reach the right person to follow up and do some specific testing.

if you are using Internet Explorer, click the little icon that looks like torn paper (called Compatibility Mode) and try again. Hopefully that will work for you. either way, also check this discussion, IE is causing all kinds of issues, not only for us as NC's but for our network members, on the site and elsewhere on the net.

I'm not sure this is the same issue. I think (but I could be wrong) that this is about the video player watermark. Lou, just to clarify: You're hitting the Save button, right? I assume so, but just want to cover all the bases.

Hi Eric - Sorry for getting back late. been sick. Yes this is about the watermark and yes definately i am hitting SAVE but when i go back to it, I even close the browser and open back up again and the "No branding" is checked.  I tried with firefox and it is doing the same. No i have not open up a ticket but i will do it today. Thanks for your help.

I was totally kidding, though.

"Thread Hijacking" is a slang term for someone who comes into a discussion, and changes (or hijacks) the discussion's topic to what they want to talk about. What i meant when i (still jokingly) said "kidnapped" is you literally directed (or kidnapped) people who clicked this discussion to another discussion on an unrelated issue. The two words are not meant to be taken literally, but are used in jest...
