I went to my admin page and clicked on the "export all member data" link and they sent me an email with the link  to download but after I did that I found out it was only half the number of members of my network that had been saved.

How do I get the entire list saved?

Help me out if you know a solution to this please.

  • This has been going on for a few days now, it's a bug. I submitted a ticket. The reply is below.

    Thanks for writing! There's now a bug for our engineering team to investigate this issue. Bugs are issued a priority based on the severity of the issue, the number of affected networks, the complexity of the issue, engineering resources available and if there are any workarounds until there is a fix. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

    • Thank you Laura for replying to this thread. I am stuck on that with a friend trying to help me. I wanted to submit a ticket but thought I would get a faster and better response here on Creators. I would have probably just get the same email from Ning you got anyway.

  • Keep your ticket open and keep asking them to fix it.  If they close your ticket open a new one and keep asking them to fix it.

    They have been fixing it for other people, and for me a couple of times already.  They know about it and apparently they know how to fix it, at least temporarily.

    Don't give up.

    The more people who have this problem file TICKETS, the more likely they will do something as a more permanent fix for this issue.

    File a ticket, and keep on it.

      We have done different downloads at various intervals and from different Ips and got different lists. If that is a bug as they say, then such a bug has picked just the moment we most need our data.
