...that is not very easy to realize what I'm looking for and I know that It's not the first time that I propose this thing, but It should be a gret step forward for my site and not only.
I need a native poll for ning.
We have used till now serveymonkey that is good, but it presents some deep deficiencies:
Contests are awsome instrument to increase partecipation and I think that It's time that Ning gives us a native poll with:
Thank you Ning...

Permalink Reply by soaringeagle on December 8, 2012 at 1:11am poll not pool?
we dont need to go swimming we need to poll our members and get responces
there is poll daddy a ning app
the poll can be used to gather info and can be responced to by visitors not just members
you can cheat data if your members want to ccheat no matter what
if you have a membership that u can trust you dont need ti\o care if its linked to ip or member i know my members wouldnt ever try to cheat just to provide false poll data
but..otherwise i agree most forums have a polling option when creating discussions and it would bve an awesome feature to add
Permalink Reply by Riccardo Rossini on December 8, 2012 at 4:48am Thank you for you correction soriangeagle. The problem is that (as we say in Italy) stupids are behind each corner of the street and it's a shame give them the opportunity to do what they want. Overall when your intentions are very serius and you give a prize in your contest.
Also, More, staff could work for other thing instead to controll votes.
We also want to use poll to involve members in the screening of photo publications.
Poll daddy has the same deficiencies of others poll instruments.
