Hi, George. Sorry if you experienced this, too. I can see that you have a new plan, so you should not have to worry.
Also just got the same mail as above for: http://inventorwizard.ning.com/
But payed for it way back with paypal, it least that's what it's showing on the network...so I guess wrong mail.

Maybe next time put something like: "if you payed already, don't bother this mail" ?

Same problem maybe different.

I thought I purchased a plan on July 22 with a paypal visa debit card- after the transaction my dashboard shows I have a plus plan under subscriptions ( I selected the annual amount for $199)- but my paypal account showed a transaction for $1.00 which then got cancelled. Reading through the chaotic repsonses here on creators I can't figure out if this is a glitch, a billing issue that self corrects( because I have been paying for premium services for 2 years), something to do with my card etc etc etc.

Well it didn't self correct and I contacted your 'help' dept on 8/18, My ticket: #00D8cCLt.5004BueoG. Today I get the email that today is the last day to purchase a plan. I have also recieved 2 emails about my premium payment being declined this month and 2 emails asking me to disregard them. Is it really that difficult to organize payment/collection? How about a discount for all this uncessary work and quite frankly worry, just to try and pay you.

I too have received this message (on return from holiday) and am hoping it was sent in error, but note that another network was only given a one month's subscription, due to run out tonight, and I cannot find how to extend it.

There is an option to upgrade to Pro, but not to extend Plus.

I just got the same email .i purchased a plan for freedom circle. I have been paying since june i just up graded to ning pro 2 months. why i am getting this e mail ? Jamie
