Im getting a 500 Error and my network is loading SLOWLY *RESOLVED*

 

 

Slowly, that is, WHEN it loads! here is a screenshot of what comes up

 

 

 

 

upon researching what a 500 error is, i've learned HERE that it is on the server side....i need this fixed ASAP! I'm trying my best to submit this under support on my site but it keeps going in and out of activity via the 500 error!!

Me too -- and I can't get to the help page specific to my network because it sits behind that 500 error. Looks like a lot of Ning sites are down this morning.
I'm getting this too - lots of reliability issues in the past few months... not particularly happy about that.

Yep network is now permanently offline and showing this 500 error.

have any of you all been experiencing very slow load times the past few days? and how the heck do you submit a ticket? I'm on  a Plus Network plan, i was directed to the Support section of my dashboard, and there is no way to submit a ticket. i first entered the description of the issue in the box, and that sent me to the Help network, so i hit contact support, gave info/link to here and did not get a ticket number.

 

EDIT>> ok, if this is the ticket number, it was emailed to me.....last i thought it gave you one when you submitted the ticket?

david you do not get a ticket when you submit you issues they will send you a email sayin your request has been excepted and a tech will be with you soon to answer the quest.But when the ning support gets back to you with a solution then you can click on the ticket number and reply to it if you continue to have problems that number is your pass to get a head of the pack.But i would never type your issue into the box you can click on help button and you can get a better answer quicker than anywhere else.If you have a lot of things loaded into your site plus the smaller and older the computer the slower it will be.
the super slow loading times have started recently, and are currently not happening, as apparently they have diligently accepted this quest! as far as the ticket numbers go, as far as I remember, you used to get a ticket number immediately, I can't remember exactly how it used to work, but I've only had to submit 1 ticket in nearly four years, and that was about two years ago. I never EVER  have issues (obviously), so my knowledge of the ticket process is slim to none. This can only be a GOOD thing! My computer is only a year and a half old and is pretty snazzy, if i do say so myself. I did have to run a scan last night and clear some cookies, though!

Extremely slow here at www.myeeonline.com + the 500error. I can't even submit a ticket. The help link doesn't work here.
I'm checking into these reports. More when I have more.
