I sent 2 help tickets to ning on monday, and no one has replied to me. It is now Friday.... way more than 48 hours.

 

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

What were your tickets about? I've just seen an earlier unanswered topic of yours about featured answers not appearing on the member listing pages. This is a result of some infrastructure changes we've made, but we're aware of it and are working on getting them back.

It looks like Blake responded to one of these issues. I will step off here. There's not much I can do specifically with the issue you reported, but Blake can keep working with you.
Ok great. Yeah, even if the issue can't be fixed, I just wanted a reply within the 48 or 72 hours telling me there is no solution. But I waited over a week with no answer. I think they are on it now. Actually... I still don't have a reply on my other issue which has to do with the blog...

So after 2 weeks of waiting for a response, they completely answered something completely different, now I have to write the question again.

 

I don't want to have to wait another 2 weeks to get some answer... can you guys please track my tix number better and answer withing the time you say... at most 48 hours or 72 hours?? thanks!
